 Greetings!
Welcome to our first newsletter of the year. That's a good sign of how busy our year has been so far. After the Holiday season we spent our time getting ready for our February trip to Southern California where we attended a weekend long workshop with James Ray who you might recognize as one of the speakers from The Secret. The workshop was incredible and we had so much fun meeting new people from all over the country that came to attend the event. I had created a Free gift CD from a workshop held in Brookfield, WI and brought 100 copies with us so everyone we met got a free cd. It was so much fun handing our new "business card" to all the new friends we made knowing that Mary's words were going to be spreading across the country.
After the workshop we visited the San Diego zoo and then spent 3 days on Mission Beach where we walked on the beach and enjoyed some delicious food at some of the local restaurants. A special thanks to the life guard for his dining recommendations, all of which were outstanding, and to the dolphins who showed up right in front of our condo. Some of our traveling companions even saw a whale right off shore which we came to find out is a rather rare occasion.
Next it was up the coast to Dana Point, CA for our first west coast seminar with Mary. Our full day event was hosted by our new "friends for life" at Aquamantra. Alexandra and Anne made sure we were well taken care of and our event, held on the harbor, was wonderful. Once again surrounded by amazing and curious creators, Mary was in full force bringing their words of wisdom and gifts of unconditional love to all. A very special Thanks goes out to Alex, Anne, and all those who came to our event for making it such a special visit. I personally fell in love with California and can't wait to go back for another visit and another workshop with Mary. Stay tuned for future dates.
When we came back home from our trip we went into full swing creating our schedule of workshops and special events for the year including our 3rd Saturday workshops in Brookfield, WI at the YogAsylum (next held April 21, 2007) and our bi-monthly gatherings in Madison, WI (next held April 14, 2007). We also left room for traveling to other cities around the country so check back often for updates. These are the questions that drew us to a writing circle led by our friend Julia Doggart as she launched her new career as a Writing Coach. We went excited to explore the writers inside us and to support our friend's new venture. We found the experience to be so much more! During the course of the Circle, Julia moved us through crucial inner spaces that unveiled a multitude of practiced messages within us that covered the range of those that offered us unlimited access to ourselves and those that deplete us and hold us a bit hostage from our individual writing desires. Moving forward from this gained insite, we were led into powerful exercises in which we created our own personal writings. We are so grateful to have been a part of this circle as we were gifted with our own gems and pearls of insight into our inner writers and witnessed Julia shine in her ability, knowledge and wisdom as she skillfully led us through our journey of self discovery.
Julia spent nine years practicing eastern spirituality in an ashram, and then devoted herself to education. She earned a PhD in Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she mentored writers, taught literature and wrote about emotion and identity. She is able to combine the soul of her spiritual practice with her skills as writer, life coach and teacher in order to assist others in finding their creative voice.

We are recognizing that your
earth is going through the birthing into Spring and the sensation of new life
leaps forward in multitudes of hearts and souls to welcome it. This is an awakening time for your world -
plant, animal and human alike. Can you

challenges, all moments that find you, find you with grand precision. Challenge offers opportunity for immeasurable

is simply another path. Ease offers
fluidity, comfort and peace. It is in
these spaces that the greatest joys of grace and beauty are found. Now then, it will be important to understand
that if you choose the path of Ease you must first truly meet the challenge of
your resistance to and your doubt about anything. Remembering, it is your resistance and your
doubt. Dive in, find out what you made
them from and then choose how they move in the unfolding of your life.
