Greetings,
We are back from Costa Rica deliciously saturated in the adventure, the deepened friendships and the edgelessness we found there. I do believe I am forever and intrinsically blended with the energies of the rain forest. I feel it surround and move through me everyday. I have much to learn from this source and am ecstatic to live in the experience of offering and receiving with nature everyday for the rest of my life. Yahoo!
As inspiring and replenishing as the trip was, it is good to be home, infused with the experience of our adventure and surrounded by our wonderful family and friends. I find myself in a most joyous state of true appreciation for my life and all of it's choices, experiences and opportunities for creating, growing and transforming myself, my relationships and my existence.
I want to thank each and every one of you for what you bring to my life, whether we are deep and abiding friends already or have yet to intertwine our hearts in friendship, I am so grateful for what your life in this world offers to mine and for what I am able to reciprocate to you through my abundant, flowing love dancing in it's joy to get on everything.
Oh, yes, life is delicious in it's shiniest and most challenging moments. Thank you for sharing yours with mine.

 Hello
It is with great pleasure and great love that we meet you here today. How exciting this time in your world is. Swirling in it's constant change and transformation. Offering ample opportunity for you to step up, dive in and unleash yourself into any creation you are currently assembling. Piece by piece, moment by moment, your soul blending with the vibrations that surround you to come into perfect alignment with your true and authentic self producing all of the flow necessary to launch, birth, scream you into your desired manifestations. Whew!
Living from the inside out is most pertinent in this time. With so many choices and increasing influences it is becoming imperative that you begin to source yourself from the inside out. That is to live from your center, meeting life through your inside eyes, being the vision you have chosen to live out loud in the world. To do this, you must first be willing to dive into your internal world, explore and uncover all of your spaces, all of your filters, all of your aspects and decisively choose how to arrange yourself to best match your desired state of being. Clear out the debris and expand into the fullness of that which feeds you with the most blissful recognition of the truth of you catalyzing you into creating the most productive and perfectly aligned choices that match your unique authentic vibration. In the simplest terms...tell yourself the truth about yourself, no hiding or putting a curve on it. No excuses, no blaming, no defending. Embrace who you are in all of your spaces, and choose what stays as it is, what shifts, and what you release to free you to move most clearly and harmoniously in your internal world. When you meet the outside world from this clear and pure internal world, one that is sure and illuminated by it's own knowing and definition of creation, you will easily and powerfully generate your perfect matches and creations in the outside world.
You see, your reality is up to you. There will always be people who are triumphing and people who are struggling simultaneously. Which one you are is completely dependent on what you are generating in your internal world and how you are bringing yourself to meet your outside world.
Whatever is going on, on the inside is what you are going to most notice in the outside world. Meet your moments with love and you will experience loving moments. Meet your moments with suspicion and you will experience things to suspect. Go ahead, try it, fill in the blank...Meet your moments with _______________ (belief, hope, peace, fear, trust, joy, doubt, lack...) Whatever, you choose, just remember to take the drivers seat, steering your journey from the inside out. And...Remember, there is no drivers seat for you to own your life from when you are living from the outside in. It is clearly a choice though.
